My friend Josh called me last week asking if I knew who the actor was who played the fat kid on the show Two and a Half Men.  Being that I’ve never watched a full episode of the show in my life, I said I had no idea.  Josh then asked if I could look his name up online.  I then informed my buddy that the young actor’s name is Angus T. Jones.  The name was met with a roar of laughter on the other end of the phone.

Here’s where things get awesome…

Apparently my friend gets mail sent to his apartment address to the person who used to live there before him.  Normally, he just writes a note on the envelope and returns it to the sender.  This time, however, he accidently opened up an envelope to reveal a Christmas card inside.  The cover just showed a picture of two boys.  At first, Josh thought the one kid looked familiar.  Then he saw the inside picture and was pretty positive that the guy was from Two and a Half Men.  Lo and behold, my research confirmed that it was the case because the card was signed “The Jones Family — Kelly, Carey, Angus, and Otto”.  That’s right, my buddy got a card sent to him from the family of the fat kid on Two and a Half Men.  So funny.

He has since shown me the card.  Here’s the outside (click to enlarge):

After showing me the card, he commented that they have a pretty nice house with a pool outside.  I asked him how in the world he knew that they had a pool based on the Christmas card.  He replied, “Oh, I Google Earthed the return address.”
